You can schedule an appointment directly through our website by clicking here. We’ll ask for your name, email, address, and vehicle information. Once submitted, we’ll give you a call to get additional information and provide you available appointment times, so you can schedule a date and time that works best for you.

Once you’ve scheduled an appointment here, we’ll contact you for additional details about your vehicle and discuss the scope of work. In most cases, we can provide a quote over the phone or by email. In certain instances, where additional diagnosis is needed or the scope of work is unknown, we can provide a quote onsite once we’ve identified the issue. Our standard fee for diagnosing vehicle issues is $150.

Does Mighty Mobile Mechanic charge a convenience fee?2023-08-23T17:29:47+00:00

Our standard labor rate is $150 for the first hour of service and $150 per hour after that. You are billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour and there is absolutely no convenience fee or any other fees beyond that. Parts are billed separately. For example, if a service takes one hour and 30 minutes to complete, you will be billed $150 for the first hour and $75 for the next 30 minutes for a total of $225 (plus parts.)

Can I provide my own parts for a labor-only repair?2023-08-23T17:25:05+00:00

Yes, we can install parts that you provide. In this case, you will only be charged for labor at our standard rate of $150 for the first hour and $150 for each additional hour, billed in 30 minute increments. We guarantee our labor but cannot guarantee or warranty any parts that you provide. That means if the part fails and needs to be replaced in the future, you will be billed the standard rate.

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment, simply give us a call at (571) 721-1462 or shoot us an email at: hello@mightymobilemechanic.com. You can cancel any time and we do not charge a cancelation fee.
